Standard delivery costs £2.50 and takes 3-5 working days, via Royal Mail 1st Class.
We offer a free shipping option on orders over £25. This service takes 4-7 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you wish to have your order sooner then you are welcome to pay for standard delivery.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service.
Children's clothes are sold without VAT in the UK, therefore you will not be charged VAT on your order. You are liable for any taxes or customs charges on orders arriving with you, which may include VAT if the country you are shipping to charges VAT on children's clothing. If you refuse to accept a package due to customs charges, posting costs will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be incurred.
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We hope you'll be thrilled with your order but if you're not please return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you a refund. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition, unless faulty. You should return the items in their original packaging.
You are liable for the cost of the returns postage and the goods are your responsibility until received by us so please make sure you use appropriate postage. Please include a note with your order number and the reason for your return, so we know who you are and can refund you promptly.
